This year I
have been really struggling with managing stress. At times it seems like I'm
having bad day, after bad day, after bad day. Sometimes it can be really
difficult to have a good day or realize how much your really do have. Here is
something I did for a little while to help me put things into perspective. The
top ten best things that happened today. When I was having a bad day, I would
write down the top ten best things that had happened in that day and I would
send them to Andrew. This really helps me to put things into perspective. I'm
still working on ways to manage stress and tiredness. I become really irritable
when I don't have enough sleep or when I'm stressed. Now I had a really good
day yesterday, but I thought I would write down the top ten best things that
happened yesterday anyways.
Here are
the top ten best things that happened yesterday:
1) I went
to church
2) I got to
see Andrew
3) I played
minecraft (for hours)
4) I had McDonalds
for lunch
5) I had
dinner with my family
6) It was
beautiful outside yesterday
7) I didn't
have any homework or studying to do
8) I had
fun hanging out with Andrew's family
9) I got to
sleep in my own bed
10) I wrote
a blog
What do you
do to help yourself feel better after a bad day?
