It takes a lot of patience, It's not an easy concept to grasp. I had some help from my dad at first, but when we couldn't figure it out, we turned to youtube. This is the tutorial I recommend the most. It is the clearest and most simple to understand:
After I memorized all the algorithms I could consistently solve it and I worked my way up to being able to do it faster and faster. Now I can solve it in around a minute. If you're trying to learn how to solve one, keep working at it! You'll get it eventually!
